Hello, I'm Daniel, the developer of Rimnova. Thank you for exploring this new world and helping the game grow. I regularly check feedback. If something goes wrong, please email me with:
- Your device model, operating-system version and game version.
- What you were doing and the steps that reproduce the issue.
- A screenshot or short video, if helpful. Remove personal information first.
- Whether the issue occurs in a new game or an existing save.
Never send passwords, Apple ID credentials or payment details. A response time cannot be guaranteed.
My game stopped responding. What should I do?
Close and reopen the app. Try your most recent save. If the problem persists, send the steps above. Do not delete the app before preserving saves: local data may be removed when you uninstall it.
Where are my saves?
Game saves and character presets are stored locally on your device. Do not assume they transfer automatically to another device. Use any export feature available in your installed version before deleting the app.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings, then Language. Rimnova supports Chinese and English. The language choice is stored on your device.

游戏卡住时怎么办？
关闭后重新打开游戏，尝试读取最近的存档。如果问题仍存在，请发送上述信息。保存数据可能会随卸载应用而删除，请在保留存档前不要卸载。
存档在哪里？
游戏存档与人物预设保存在设备本地，不应默认认为会自动传输到另一台设备。删除应用前，请使用所安装版本提供的导出功能（如有）保留数据。
如何修改语言？
打开“设置—语言”，切换中文或英文。语言选择保存在当前设备。
